I created The Empress Mastermind because I’ve walked the path you’re on right now. A decade ago, I took the leap. I transitioned from a corporate finance job into the unknown world of entrepreneurship. It wasn’t easy, and it wasn’t pretty—but it was necessary. I built my first company, grew it, and eventually sold it to a billion-dollar fintech. I became a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, an international speaker, and a venture capitalist investing in high-growth female-led businesses.

But here’s the thing: even after all those successes, I still felt like something was missing. I was achieving outward success, but I was sacrificing myself along the way. I was working 24/7, trying to keep up with everything and everyone, and ignoring my own needs, passions, and boundaries.
