Lisa discovered her first passion as a gymnast and built a decade long career in the sport, reigning as America’s #1 Rhythmic Gymnast for 4 straight years culminating in the 2008 Olympic Games and induction into the USA Hall of Fame in 2014.
As the Founder & CEO of SheWorx, Lisa built the leading global female entrepreneurship platform empowering 20k+ women to connect with mentors and investors. SheWorx was successfully acquired (2019) by Republic - the leading equity crowdfunding platform from AngelList - to usher in the future of democratized funding for diverse entrepreneurs.
After building a thriving network of leaders, Lisa realized that success doesn't guarantee happiness or confidence, and launched the 5-star Enoughness Podcast to humanize the process of leadership and explore the winding journeys of top executives, entrepreneurs, investors, Olympic athletes, and award-winning musicians to explore the question, "How much is good enough?"
